Brian Krieg joined Accurate Claims Inc in 2016 as a Licensed Multi Line Field Adjuster. Brian is an insurance professional with an extensive background in the insurance industry with Fortune 500 companies throughout the Midwest area.
Brian offers strong knowledge and experience in Property/Casualty claims adjusting which includes specializing in Fire/Water losses, difficult roof claims, appraisal process and large loss claims for both Personal and Commercial Lines business. He also has the background of construction that allows him to work well with the repair/rebuild process of building damages.
Brian began his career in 1988 as an owner of a company in home building. Brian then joined the insurance industry in 2007. He utilized his great communications skills with customers (including policyholders, agents, insurance companies, mitigation companies, engineers, and attorneys) to deliver great service with a fair and honest product.
Brian holds a HAAG certification, adjuster's license, and continued education with various company programs to hold a high standard for company requirements. He is proficient with Xactimate and Symbility estimating systems. Brian has worked on government claims thru a self- insurance funded program including losses on schools, nursing homes, and city utilities. He is also qualified at preparing ITV Evaluations and researching policy language information need to resolve a problematic claim.

John joined Accurate Claims Inc as a Property Adjuster in 2022. Before coming to Accurate Claims Inc, John worked in contracting for two years. Then he worked for an independent adjusting firm down in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After leaving Milwaukee, John worked for an insurance carrier for ten years, specializing in liability and property claims. He then decided to go to a different insurance carrier to become specialized in liability, property, and auto claims. John stayed with the insurance carrier for 22 years before coming to Accurate Claims Inc. On top of being a property, liability, or claim adjuster for 38 years, he also worked with the catastrophe claim team for ten years. He would travel to different states to assist with the devastation of the natural disaster and help adjust the properties in the area for insurance purposes. Due to working in the industry for 38-plus years, John brings his vast experience to his daily claims.
John has seen many claims throughout his work experience and will help all his clients to the best ability. His expertise in the field helps him identify how the claims occurred and the process to restore the damaged property to its previous state.
When John is not working hard adjusting properties in Wisconsin, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing around Wisconsin.
Dean joined Accurate Claims Inc. as a Physical Damage Adjuster in 2008. Prior to coming to Accurate Claims Inc., Dean worked for Property Damage Adjusters for 10 years. He grew up in the automobile industry, working for his family's auto repair business for 15 years as a Collision Repair Specialist.
With Dean's tremendous experience, he is well-versed in handling automobiles, motorcycles, snowmobiles and travel trailers. He has completed the basic and intermediate collision repair/refinishing courses through Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and he is very knowledgeable with ASE, and I-Car guidelines. Dean is well-versed with Mitchell, and PowerClaim software systems.
Greg joined Accurate Claims Inc. in 2017 primarily as a casualty adjuster. Greg offers over 20 years of experience working for both Pekin Insurance as a Multi-Line Sr. Adjuster and Ameriprise as a Senior Liability Adjuster.
He has considerable experience evaluating and resolving bodily injury claims, investigations of liability claims, both personal and commercial. He participated and attended numerous mediations in WI and around the country. He is known for his strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
Greg has completed numerous insurance classes at FVTC and has obtained the AIC and SCLA designations.
Greg grew up in Hilbert WI, and has lived in Appleton since 1983. He has been married to Jean for 36 years, and has two sons. He was very involved with his two boys in coaching baseball, football, and other various activities. He is a proud Grandfather of four. Greg is also involved with his church and non-profit organizations in the Fox Valley.
